Morning Muscle!

No one is born a morning person. Waking up early is very much like having large biceps. You need to constantly give them attention. The second you start neglecting any muscle, it will cease to exist. This is why so many people believe that they aren't morning people. They never work their morning muscle out and so when they try and wake up early they have a hard time doing it. Imagine never going to the gym and then one day deciding to go, and you try picking up a 500LB weight. It's not gonna happen. But, you tell yourself, "It's cuz I don't work out." And that is true. Unfortunately you don't do this when you have a hard time waking up. What you should be saying is, "I can't wake up early because I haven't worked my morning muscle." But most people don't! They go straight into apathy and say, "I'm just not a morning person." So the next time you come up against this wall of waking up early. Do not tell yourself that you can't, tell yourself that you need to keep working on it till you can, because you CAN!

Now, the first couple days are pretty tough. I started a 6 week challenge where i woke up at 4am every morning 7 days a week and it was tough. The first day was easy cuz I was excited! Then the 3rd and 4th and 5th day were terrible. But, after I got past those tough days, it became easy.  Like lifting weight, if theres no burn, there's no growth. So when you start this early bird journey do not be discouraged by these first couple days, they will be tough! Know that eventually it will become almost like a natural training pattern. You will be able to do it very easily, like walking. At some point in your life, walking was difficult. But you did it enough and now you can do it very easily. Same goes with waking up.

I believe in you!
