Tips & Tricks

Today I want to go over the approach/strategy of incorporating tips and tricks into your life. This concept kind of goes hand in hand with the concept of making the hard things easier. You see, practically every activity can be made easier to some degree. Let us say you don't like reading, well you can make the experience interesting and it will become easier. What does this mean? For example, whenever I go into reading mode, I turn my diffuser on, light my candle, and dim the lights. All those things are tricks, they motivate me, they encourage me to read. These tricks might not work for you, I don't know, but Im certain that there are things you can do or incorporate in your environment that will motivate you to read. Maybe it's tea, I don't know.
I recommend incorporating this strategy on those activities you may have some trouble with. It most definitely works, you just need to find out what works for you based on what you like.
Let us go over another example. You love eating fruit but you don't like cutting it so you just don't eat any. Well, what you can do is dedicate some tie each week to cut up all your fruit and place it into containers, that way when you want a snack its super easy! This of course means you need some containers of sandwich bags.
This concept if fairly simple, that is about all there is to it. But before we end things I want to go over one important point. Use this strategy for things that get you closer to your dreams. Don't use it for things that are destructive or unhealthy, that will just defeat the purpose. For example, don't make it easy for yourself to eat junk food by having a box of Cheetos under your bed, thats now what this is about.
