This Privacy Policy explains how Enrique And Greatness Inc. ("Enrique & Greatness," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit enriqueandgreatness.com (the "Site"), buy our products, book a call, or sign up for our emails or texts. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Enrique & Greatness is a training and education company. We are not a mortgage lender or broker, and we do not collect mortgage applications or financial information for loans through this Site.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing address, and messages you send us; details you share when booking a free call (such as your licensing status or questions); recordings of Zoom calls, including video, audio, chat, and transcripts; reviews and testimonials you submit.
  • Purchase information: order details and payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time on the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, and log files.
  • Information from others: analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) and the apps that power our store.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not send it to us.

How we use information

  • Deliver products, process payments, and send receipts and download links
  • Schedule and hold calls you book
  • Send newsletters, offers, and texts you agreed to receive
  • Respond to questions and provide support
  • Run, secure, and improve the Site, and prevent fraud
  • Measure and personalize advertising
  • Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, including Shopify (store and payments), Mailchimp and Privy (email and SMS), Zapier (automation), Judge.me (reviews), scheduling and video-call tools (such as Calendly and Zoom), and YouTube (embedded videos).
  • Analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, who use cookies and pixels to measure and target ads. Under California law, this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out (see Your choices).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized.

Your choices

  • Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
  • Texts: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
  • Cookies and ads: use our cookie banner, your browser settings, or opt out at optout.aboutads.info and Google Ad Settings.
  • Do Not Sell or Share: use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Enrique & Greatness at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Call recordings

We record free Q&A calls, coaching sessions, and other Zoom calls (video, audio, chat, and transcripts). We tell you before the call and at its start, and by joining you consent to recording. We use recordings for quality, training, improving our Services, keeping accurate records, and resolving disputes. We do not post recordings or use your name, face, or voice in marketing without your separate written permission. Recordings are stored with our video and storage providers (such as Zoom) and kept for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not join the call; email us your questions instead.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
  • Get a copy of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for using these rights

To make a request, email enriqueandgreatness@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by matching information you give us to our records, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing under California Civil Code § 1798.83 ("Shine the Light").

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order records for up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons; marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; call recordings for up to 2 years; analytics data per our partners' standard settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including Shopify's encrypted checkout. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Children

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites (such as YouTube, Zoom, and lenders). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
